Raymer's Homemade Candies
In 1967, Mark Raymer started his love affair with chocolate in Fond du Lac, WI, and that love affair is still going strong. As an apprentice to his father-in-law, he learned the art of candy making from recipes dating back to the late 1880's, using only the finest natural ingredients available, and a process based on the natural caramelization of fresh cream and sugar.
Raymer's Homemade Candies, now based in Doylestown, PA, is a family-run business owned by Mark and Sue Raymer and operated with lots of help from their entire family. Daughter, Lisa Kujath, runs the retail portion of the business while Raymer himself makes the candies with some help from his son Cory and son-in-law Kelly. All 6 grandchildren have helped in different ways as the whole family has a true love affair with chocolate.
The original recipes are still used today and have been made better because Raymer uses only pure Belgian Chocolate in his creations, an addition making them truly THE BEST!
