Pastry Chef Jill Donaldson got her start baking at a young age with her Grandmother Lilly, baking the best memories by her side with Sito's (Grandmother in Arabic) dreamy early model KitchenAid Stand Mixer. Jill always knew that owning a business where she could bake & create was her goal, which she started refining with an Entrepreneurship major at the University of Miami. She also started experiencing some food intolerances that made baking trickier.
After over a dozen years of working in the food industry & training in pastry arts at L'Academie de Cuisine, Pastry Chef Jill decided to bring her passion for simple baking with pure quality ingredients into the homes of others. With Sito's stand mixer still by her side, Jill works to create scrumptious baking mixes & kits that can be enjoyed by everyone, regardless of skill level or dietary restriction.
