Heritage Foraging

Jonathan Till is the man behind Heritage Foraging.  As a third generation chef he has been able to combine his love of food with his knowledge of the outdoors.  His love of the culinary arts has given him the privilege of being featured in DC REFINED and the Washington Post.  While his passion for foraging has given him the opportunity to be featured in the MICHELIN guide and rub elbows with some of the culinary greats at Monticello's Heritage Harvest Festival.  It is his dream to share his knowledge with the world so everyone can sustainably enjoy what nature provides.
