In an interview with the owner: Sarah states “I have been baking since I was ten years old. For the past five years I have been personally eating gluten-free and dairy-free. While in college, I thought I wanted to pursue a career in law enforcement/criminal justice. I soon realized after getting a part-time job in a local butcher shop that my passion for baking could turn into an actual business. This exposure to food services and retail business afforded me the experience to learn about the industry and the skills necessary to launch my own business in baking. As a result, my talent for baking was unveiled and I felt it was the right time in my life to start my company. I knew I wanted to make desserts that everyone could enjoy, no matter what food allergies my customers may have. I am so grateful for this opportunity.”
